Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate Apparel: Bodysuits & Teddies, Bedroom Costumes & Playwear Lingerie (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Body Accessories: Items that come in direct contact with skin where hygiene cannot be guaranteed after opening
  • Hosiery: All hosiery products due to their intimate nature
  • Custom or Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or customized products
  • Used or Damaged Items: Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging

Note: We make exceptions if items arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
  • Size exchanges are free of charge (customer pays return shipping)
  • Exchanges for different products may require price difference payment
